Yeah, yeah.  Number 9 handicap.  I get it.

This is actually an easy hole most of the time.  You start out of a chute,.  Forced carry of about 70 yards.  After that, fairly wide open other than the OB left, and water all down the right.

First:  The irony.

I bought this hybrid last year, and hate it.  I can't hit it out of my shadow, and when I do, I push it right.  Piece of *feces*.
This year, as the snow was melting, and I was itching to hit balls out of the yard, it was the easiest club to get to.

I start hitting this thing........beautiful high long draw.  I must have done it 30 times.  FF to driving range open.  I hit all my clubs, looking good, doing fine.  I grab this *goshdarn* door stop again, and say ok, let's see.  Same thing!  I'm smoking it, and straight..............even a little draw when I want, tee or turf, doesn't matter.

We get to ol' number 7.  I'm playing pretty good, and excited.  Short lived.

I tee up a ball with the driver.  Snapped hard left into the trees.  Hmmm.  *fudge*!  Another ball.  Same.  Hmmmm.  Damn it!

You know what?  I only need a little.  Perhaps I'm just trying to feather this driver, and I should just rip the hybrid 210-220.

Tee 'er up.  Push dead right into that long pond.  Throw me another ball.  Same.   >:(  Throw me another ball.  Same.  >:( >:(

'nother ball.   (Dad?)  Give me a ball.  Same.  >:( >:( >:(.........etc.

17. pretty decent pitch over the bunker, with no green to work with.  about 19 feet with the roll out.
18. ran it buy trying to hole it.  Go figure.

Ask Fuzz or AP.  They watched me (try to) hit out of a bunker 5 times and take an 11 on a par 3 at The Refuge.

When my wheels come off, I continue to drive that *fudge*er all the way to the clubhouse.

lesson learned,  when you take the idiot clubs out of the equation, you just mad bogey on the hole

Well, I'm sure I've heard of worse holes, but I can't remember when.
