Weigh yourself this morning. Weigh yourself tomorrow morning. Post your net gain tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm going to pass.

You can post your net gain as a percentage, if you want.  ;D

wouldn't, in the sake of completeness, this require one not to visit the restroom at all in between ?

I submit that one dude here posts in that state regularly.

Well, this was intended to be a measure of body weight increase from the food consumption and not a measure of the food consumption itself, but your question does bring up an issue. For consistency, measurements on both days should be taken at the same time relative to your regular daily bodily purges.

yeh, that was my point,  but it was poorly brought across
#2 only, not #1.

This brings to mind something funny that always comes up when I bring my kids to the pediatrician. If you bring an infant in for a check-up, they ask if the diaper is wet before they weigh the baby. If the diaper is dry, they'll weigh the baby with the diaper on. If the diaper is wet, they want you to remove the diaper. I'm thinking wouldn't the additional weight in the diaper have been the same inside the baby had the diaper been dry?

210 lbs.

Just to be perfectly clear, you need only post the net gain tomorrow. No need to post the two separate measurements, unless you want to.

Also, keep in mind that this is not a competition. So no wagering please.

Yeah, mine too. It consistently fails to accurately reflect what I wish it would say.

I reweighed myself this morning at the "appropriate time", and I was still net +3.2. Damn, I ate a lot yesterday.

0.0 :). My biggest consumption was a bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau. Not a lot in the food department.

Maybe it's the lack of sleep talking, but I'm picturing an awkward, yet oddly intoxicating rendition of:

2. Shakira - Hips don't lie
