Yes, there's a circled R after the phrase. It's now a registered trademark. I just saw it on their new commercial. LMAO!

So does that mean if I have to use that phrase, because "I've fallen and can't get up" when I'm talking to the 911 or 000 or whatever, that some lawyer is going to slap me with a lawsuit??

Just add "Crikey!" to the beginning of the phrase, and you should be OK.
