One of the greats. Sad that Fast Eddie , Cool Hand Luke, Butch Cassidy, Brick Pollitt, Hud Bannon, John Russell, Judge Roy Bean, Henry Gondorff, Reggie 'Reg' Dunlop, Murphy, Michael Colin Gallagher, Doc Hudson are gone. I think one of his most under-appreciated performances was his portrayal of Frank Galvin in The Verdict.
