I've been using a post office near my work which has the "deli-counter, take-a-ticket" type thing, which is much smoother than the post office near home. People grab a ticket, then fill out their forms and prep their packages/letters while they're waiting. At the other post office, everyone gets in line and fills out the forms when they reach the counter/clerk. >:( Title: Re: Shocking experience today...
