The TeaBaggers have everybody by the balls. I disagree. House-led 6month Budget passed in April through FY 2011 implicitly authorizes spending above the {then preset} debt ceiling. Impoundment Control Act says president can (and must) spend that $. Constitution per a14.4 and interpretation of Perry case says default is not allowed, therefore I think President should yes, ACT UNILATERALLY and borrow the $, give a concise press conference saying: I did what I had to to uphold the constitution, if the Republicans want to impeach me for acting to enforce a law they passed in known conflict with an existing law, Bring it. But the hand the baggers hold isn't as strong as they would like to believe. Obama would appear to hold a trump card. It's NOT a rational belief, and the only way to combat it is to threaten them with something they fear even more than Democrats: Muslims that will come over here and kill us all. As soon as Barry Hussein threatens to stop fighting them over there because we are broke, they'll get in line and damn quick.
