As long as the male employees were circumcised, I think the meat should be OK. However, if any of the female employees were menstruating, the meat ain't gonna be Halal.

I haven't researched it, just going from memory, but I don't believe the answer is that simple.

I'm sure it varies by state, but agriculture is exempt from alot labor law in every state I've ever been in, and that's one reason.
