Title: Dumb Asses
Post by: Darla on September 29, 2010, 09:45:03 AM
How f'in hard is it for SEARS to fulfill there warranty agreement...... Service guy comes out last week and says the plenum isn't the right size for our unit that was installed 4 years ago. So he says someone will call us within 24 hours. It is Wednesday, and NO ONE CALLED. So I called! TRANSFERED 7 times.... Does anyone know what the hell they are doing........

So the last person I spoke to was in the rapid Resolution department. Well she notated everything and says they should contact us within 24/48 hours. Only time will tell......

I also got the number for the national complaint department..... Guess who is calling.

Plenum sounds like a body part or, more specifically, an appendage.

Yes it does, but it sounds more like an orifice...
