I used to have this idiot safety guy who was big on the "VVV" quote, you know seize the day.  So I used to always reply to all to his E-Mail with some made up latin quote, no rythme or reason, just latin.

My "big" boss finally sent me an E-Mail telling me to stop, that though it was the funniest *feces*, it was unprofessional.

I thought Carpe Diem was 'Sieze The Day', while 'Veni, Vidi, Vici' was 'I came, I saw, I conquered'....

Then again, you did point out that your safety guy was a tool.... ;)

No, I was the tool, and got them mixed up.  In my defense, he used to also use the "carpe diem", and the "caveat emptor" quote whenever relevant.
