If you're convicted of pirating Godsmack's Voodoo will the judge cut the sentence in half?

I'm sure I don't understand the question, but I would have to believe that any time listening to *feces* like that should be granted as time served.

Hater.  Go back to your saloon ballads and leave me alone.

Is the question with regards to the fact that everything Godsmack has ever done is probably technically piracy? I suppose piracy of piracy is probably a lesser offense.

Edward Teach surrenders.

Does Godsmack have other songs?

Hmm, I've heard of Godsmack, but don't know any of their songs.  I thought they were Christian Rock.  [sm_anon]

I think I've only heard one of their songs.

Godsmack was a patent and cut-rate rip off of Alice in Chains, which was a patent and cut-rate rip off of Nirvana, which was a patent and cut-rate rip off of Mudhoney, which was a patent and cut-rate rip off of The Melvins, which was a patent and cut-rate rip off of The Stooges...

The list goes on. Hope this helps.

No, genius, changed music forever, we miss you Kurt, blah, blah, blah...

I live in Seattle, and I'm pretty sure suggesting that Nirvana and Kurt were just another decent, derivative rock band is a prosecutable offence...

In that case, I plead no contest. Kurt Cobain did nothing that hadn't already been done at least a dozen times prior, and better.
