Title: Nickent 4DX Evolver Driver. Anyone try it and what do you think?
Post by: scarby on June 25, 2008, 05:07:14 AM
Hello all,
First let me start off by saying that I am a newbie here as far as posting.  I have been reading many articles and love the site.

I was wanting to know if anyone has tried this driver with the interchangeable shafts?   I have tried it and fell in love with it very fast. Especially when I found the correct shaft for my swing.

I have one round with it so far and about 3 range days with it.  I have definitely gained some yards.  I am mostly using the V2 High Launch shaft, but would like to try the Epic shaft in it.

Any answers or information you all have found will be helpful.  Thanks a bunch!! :D

Welcome to GolfHos scarby.  [sm_beertoast]

I'm not much of an equipment guy (I specialize in drama posts) so I'm no help for you, but I'm sure some of the folks here can chime in with an answer for you.

Now that you've jumped in, join in to some of our fun.  We like more loonies in the bin.

Yeah, but a shaft for a driver head that you don't have to glue!
That's gold baby!  Gold!

Only for those who struggle with "mix equal parts A and B, apply evenly to clean surfaces, and let cure overnight."  [sm_devil]

I for one have not seen it but I have seen the iMix from you know who. The key is getting the right shafts. If you go multiple shafts they have to work for your swing. The better choice is probably getting 2 heads in different lofts. That way on shorter, tighter courses you can use a higher loft to be more accurate.

Me? I can't hit a driver the same way twice so interchangeable anything is just a waste of time and money on me.

Wait just a cotton-pickin' minute.  I spend $349.00 for the cheapest head, and another $149.00 for the cheapest shaft?

I don't think so. [sm_shock]
