I've always figured it was like ASCII, but it is presumably a Norwegian name, so who the hell knows. They talk funny over there in Norwegia.

Speaking of which, where's the good doc? Haven't seen him at all today. I hope all is well.

phonetically.

phonetically.

I find the spelling of "phonetically" to be ironic. Also the word "monosyllabic."

That's cause you're not Greek.

True, but I do like spanakopita and dolmades. I'm excited for the movie 300. I also find the term "that's Greek to me" to be annoying. Not too bad for a Pole.

I even made spanakopita once, but I didn't roll my own dough, I used Filo. It was still a royal pain in the ass.

Lots of people buy phyllo in Greece too, don't be ashamed ;) Hardcore people though, roll their own phyllo, or a thicker dough for a more chewy result. I belong to the first category ;)
