I actually wasn't thinking of quitting this place, but the character in the movie said that line in the context of his suggesting that they should leave the establishment because there weren't enough people there. (Although in reality the place was packed but just not packed enough for him.) I just used the line because I thought it was funny, but the situation in the movie is really not like here in the Cantina. This place really is dead. :) It's funny that the way you read into this is almost exactly like the movie. You thought I might be suggesting that "I'm quitting" like the guy in the movie AND you thought that the scene took place in a bar, which was exactly the case.
