BS and MS (Biomedical Engineering) in 4.5 years, on full ride and while working as an RA to boot. Marries high-school sweetheart. Gets PhD from well-regarded university. Lands good job with large, stable company. A few years later, their business interests change and he moves to smaller, more start-up-ish company.

They sold their house to an investor from whom they are now renting; so he's renting the house that used to be his.
