Thinking about this though. You use my image without authorization for 60 seconds of a 90 minute movie (0.7%). The portrayal is embarrassing leading even to faceless netzians calling me a 'pansy'. ;) The article reports the movie has thus far grossed $320 million and you don't want to pay me? Sorry, I'm now a movie star. Break out the checkbook bubba. I'll settle for an even $1 million but my fee goes up for the sequel. Strolling down the street is one thing. If I happen to be crossing the street in NYC and end up on Law and Order then so be it. If someone chases me down and tries to stick their tongue in my ear... different thing. If he signed the release/waiver/whatever then tough *feces*. He's on his own. If he didn't, they need to pay up IMO. Just going off the "facts" or lack thereof in the story.
