It's about all those old farts that voted for grampy instead of the socialist candidate while at the same time benefitting from socialized medicine. While voting this way does seem hypocritical, I'm sure the Q-Tips were more concerned about Obama's being a Negro than his being a commie. Even for the non-racists, their decision probably had a lot to do with their religion. Most evangelicals voted for McCain, and I suspect a large percentage of old people are evangelicals. After all, that's one segment of the population that's particularly concerned about trying to get into heaven.
