The front facade of the Parthenon is not actually straight. The columns are angled ever so slightly so that they appear vertical from a great distance. Title: Re: Γειά σας Post by: Aske on October 23, 2010, 06:22:43 AM shirt souvenir NSFW language 8)

to be worn proudly, though most 'merkans won't get it. [sm_devil] Sal's sister had her wedding today. followed by a nice reception at a really upscale bar/restaruant/ place about 2 miles in the foothills of the acropolis. it was amazing-- the locale, the view, the food, the everything. aparently, the place is also literally right next door (50m )to the parliament house and the old royal palace. -- I do mean RIGHT next door. and no fences or anything. can you imagine that here next to the white house? Click on ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ (the word next to ENGLISH), then Photo Gallery. I did not expect my sis would book such a nice place in the short time she had to plan for this all. I'm one proud big sister. I'm also full of the best chocolate mousse I ever had. Tomorrow, we go watch Real Football (TM) Title: Re: Γειά σας Post by: MFAWG on October 23, 2010, 03:45:34 PM Y'all can see more details here: http://www.cibusaegli.gr/ Click on ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ (the word next to ENGLISH), then Photo Gallery.
