My ribs are not so much recipe as technique.  I use a store bought sauce albeit a local brand.  I happen to know the guy who manufactures it.  It's his ma's recipe.  He's catered a couple of my step-father's birthday parties.  He serves some seriously good beef ribs but I'm a pig guy when you get right down to it.
