Title: Tim Allen Weeps.
Post by: stroh on January 16, 2010, 10:18:19 AM
Ordered a Tonneau truck cover for my truck but can't install it.

I'm out here with no tools.     :crying:  :punchballs:

They typically install with c-clamps, but my truck is a stepside and to install you need to drill and drive in sheet metal screws.

Got lucky.  Had the spray in bedliner place do it today off the clock for 50 bucks.  Took 10 minutes, but money well spent.

Even if I would have dropped 50 bucks on power (which I would have hated to duplicate what's sitting right in *fudge*in' MN) I still would have struggled by myself.  Having 3 guys was seamless.

You got the 4-6 drop on your rig yet?

It's been while since I got down that way, but I seem to recall that anything east of Covina that was half ton or bigger was required to have a 4-6 drop. I think they won't let you register it otherwise.

LOL

A. That will be the day.

B.  Contrary to popular belief....  Man.  There's some rigs out here.

I thought with my pickup it would be a little funny.  4wd and all.  *feces* no.  Some serious *feces* down here.

Not jacked up, just well done big trucks with very nice rims and tires.
