While I have, at times, been conflicted at putting the rights of the great white spotted southern turkey gerbil owl in front of EVERYTHING else, I think this is very unfortunate and ripe for abuse. From personal experience, the Bald Eagle comeback along the Mississippi River in southern MN over the past 30 years has been nothing short of incredible.
