It kind of works out well. My wife leaves Monday am for Tennessee for 4 days. Between 2 different bball practices and piano lessons the leftovers will help out a lot for dinner next week :-) I also bought some carry out trays for people to take food w/ them. No clue on rum (don't drink alkihol)...someone is dropping off tomorrow. Hopefully it's enough.
