Title: WGC FINAL MATCH QUESTION (not that it would likely matter..)
Post by: Aske on February 25, 2008, 04:35:24 PM
did TW ground his wedge in the bunker near the end of the morning match ,  hole 18 i believe it was ?  it was the shot that he ended up angrily  slamming his club into the sand immediately after he hit the bunker shot.   on the side view replay, it sure looked like it, but with the angle and the lack of HD cameras hard to say conclusively.

Actually we checked out when they were on the 8th hole first match.  By the time I got back to a TV, they we're on the 5th or 6th hole of the PM matches.

I didn't see it, but I'd bet that Tiger would call a penalty on himself if he did ground his club.
