To be FAIR:

I watched the speech, she never said she SOLD the jet on EBay, just that she 'Put It On EBay'.

Some folks are making themselves look bad (and her good) by misrepresenting what she's said.

Another example is the 'Book Banning'.

She never banned books. What she did was worse: She tried to intimidate the librarian, and she's admitted it.

Of course, none of this matters. We've reached the Colbert point of the campaign: Truth no longer matters, perception is EVERYTHING.

2 examples: When McCain says that Obama tried to put 'comprehensive' **** education in kindergartens, it plays into every ones worse fears about the Democrats.

And of course, when some Negro calls a white lady a pig, he's uppity, and should be dealt with accordingly.

Regardless, she makes it sound like it was her idea to "put it on eBay". Why does she even need to mention eBay when that wasn't ultimately the method of disposition?

Because it made for nice speechifyin', that's why.

It's already become 'Truth'.
