If I lived in Minnesnowta, I would expect snow. I don't live in those places. I live in Seattle. I expect 2 inches for a day or 2 a couple of times a year, not 8 inches that stick around for 2 weeks followed by another 2 inches 5 minutes after the last 8 inches melted off.
