They outsourced (read that as 'privatized') alot of the patient care, so previously sucky patient care:

A) Sucks more

and

B) Costs more, even though the actual person sticking the equipment up your you-know-what now makes ALOT less and speaks with a heavy, heavy accent.


and

C) Is apparently hazardous to the actual patient.

God forbid that an RN, LPN or even tech think they are entitled to more than 8 or 9 bucks an hour.
