I'm going out on a limb to diagnose Pick's disease (http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/picks/picks.htm), in the earliest stages.  I'm not exactly kidding.  If I were a loved one, and I most certainly am not, I'd be worried.

Quote
As it is defined today, the symptoms of FTD [Pick's]fall into two clinical patterns that involve either (1) changes in behavior, or (2) problems with language.  The first type features behavior that can be either impulsive (disinhibited) or bored and listless (apathetic) and includes inappropriate social behavior; lack of social tact; lack of empathy; distractability; loss of insight into the behaviors of oneself and others; an increased interest in ****; changes in food preferences; agitation or, conversely, blunted emotions; neglect of personal hygiene; repetitive or compulsive behavior, and decreased energy and motivation.  The second type primarily features symptoms of language disturbance, including difficulty making or understanding speech, often in conjunction with the behavioral type’s symptoms.  Spatial skills and memory remain intact.

Holy *fudge*!  I've been misdiagnosed all these years with ADHD, when it was clearly Pick's all along.

Stupid Quacks!

What's the treatment?  Not that I'm seeking one mind you.  I'm ok with 13 out of the 14 behaviors, but could do with some more energy.

Ah, the ol' Final Solution huh?

Well I will expect at least some palliative care for the increased interest in ****.

Death cures a lot of incurable diseases.  I thought you knew that?

Because of the dis-inhibition, people with Pick's can get really, really nasty.  Like Tourette syndrome on steroids.  They can say the flat out ugliest things.  To cope with it, family members tell each other, "Oh, pay no mind, that's not pappy, that's just his disease talking."  But it usually comes much later in the disease.

Yeah, I know for McGrommit this was probably a slip of the tongue.   I think he just had his eyes on some attractive woman in the audience who was riffing some bad vibes at him, turned to continue, and it just stumbled out.....

Still, I don't know about you guys, but, personally, I think the 'c' word is the worst of the worst.  I just don't use it, even in jest.

In my own brain, that particular word is locked away in some deep, dark and hopefully permanently inaccessible pocket.

It's right up there with the n word, they run a close 1-2.
