Title: Your Creed? Post by: Uisce Beatha on January 30, 2007, 03:14:38 PM So the recent threatdown on FIGS has me wondering if anyone REALLY lives by a "code" of some sort. I mean, I'm sure a level five mutant ninja Zoroastrian monk assassin sage has some sort of guiding principle but what about all of us normal people plus TFT?
Me? Nothing. I ran with "*fudge* all that we've got to get on with these" for about a week. Then some wily Japanese dude beat it out of me. You? Title: Re: Your Creed? Post by: JDerion on January 30, 2007, 03:49:59 PM What happened on FIGS?

More of an admonition than a creed, I guess. Title: Re: Your Creed? Post by: Seamus on January 30, 2007, 07:21:14 PM Just the golden rule. I try to anyway.
And not he who has all the gold makes the rules. Title: Re: Your Creed? Post by: Clive on January 30, 2007, 07:42:22 PM (http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/3690/creeddi3.jpg)

Title: Re: Your Creed? Post by: Spanky on January 31, 2007, 04:19:33 AM I don't have one. Never have. I guess it would be something like:
Do the best you can when you can. Remember to take care of yourself first. At work this seems to ring true more now, but I have also learned this one: Make your words soft and sweet, in case you have to eat them later. Title: Re: Your Creed? 1.) If you are not pissing somebody off, you are not having a good time 2.) Eat more, drink more, and don't exercise! Title: Re: Your Creed? Post by: Salamander on January 31, 2007, 04:07:21 PM Do unto others, else you'll end up with a booger stuck on your forehead.

No Likee, No Clickee ;D Title: Re: Your Creed? Post by: E-A-G-L-E! on February 01, 2007, 04:43:51 PM I have established but one thing that I try to go by, and that is to be myself. I wouldn't say more than I would tactfully say in person, but neither would I say less. If I ever meet any of you in person, I want you all to see what I'm really like not trying to put on airs or be under a facade.
