Title: How are you cooking your turkey?

Ours is about a  7 pound breast  roasting in/on a sea/bed of :

oil
butter
beer
celery
carrots
bell peppers
garlic
onion
cumin
cayenne pepper
fennel seed
oregano
cardamom



having as sides

potatoes
black eyed peas
dinner rolls
stuffing

I can only smell the garlic - but I know there's beer in there.

My mom's cooking the turkey, so I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guessing it will involve an oven.

deep fried ours with peanut oil.  side note - our house is still standing.

Ditto, but it wasn't my house.  Two turkeys too - one cajun injected, the other one maple spiced.

Already cooked when I arrived.  I'm also assuming the Maytag played a role.

Brined and then convection oven.  18 lbr for the 2 of us.  SANDWICHES!!!!!! ;D
