More often it does not. She has called them on more than one occasion, has taken off of work and has had new receivers put in. However, she is upset with what has taken weeks to try and resolve, and still is not. She has lived in her house for 9 years and the cable line has never been buried, does that have anything to do with it, who knows. To my knowledge the problem began in March, was fixed and began again, only worse. About time she told them once it was fixed she was switching and probably sooner. This was all at the same time she was getting a credit on her bill for service she was not receiving.
