Title: Kraig Kann says....

How in the name of the World Golf Rankings is Vijay Singh ranked seventh? Are you telling me that Adam Scott (fourth) is better? Or what about Henrik Stenson and Ernie Els (fifth and sixth?) Els hasn't won on the PGA TOUR for years, not months. It'll even out eventually but this is ridiculous.

And you think, "good comment, I can agree with that."

Then...

And I can't believe the Masters is almost here and I really can't pinpoint a favorite. Sure, Tiger's the guy to beat. But do you feel safe in picking him? I can't believe he won't get it figured out, but I also can't believe you'd feel safe in taking him against the field right now.

And you think, "what a nimrod".

That is all.   ;D

Should probably mention that I'm very impressed with Stenson.  Dubai + the match play event... pretty nice indeed.  And on the first page this week too.

But Scott and Els over Singh right now?  No way.

First of all, "Kraig Kann"? Nice.

The more I read sports writers on teh internets the more I think there is no way I couldn't do it.

Seriously.

Good post Whiskey.

I think the world rankings is teh sukk. [sm_disgust]  Damn near worse than the BCS.  ::)

Tiger is number 1.  No question.  But Veej, works his ass off, by playing every weekend.

Should follow more like Nascar.  You play, you do good, you get points.  Skip a few weeks?  Guess what?  No tickey, no laundry.  Double, or triple the points for majors.  The cream would rise to the top.

World Golf rankings and Ryder Cup standings.  Neither feel quite right do they?
