That's about all I can handle at the moment.  A round of golf or a day snowboarding absolutely wastes me.   :sad3:

Same here.  I'm a ticking time bomb.  The road to hell is paved with good intentions, and I seem to have one of those DOT SpeedPass dealies, to go where the traffic flows much quicker.   :sad3:

I'll run out of one of these days too soon.

Normal work which is workout.

Speaking of health I am now down about 14lbs this year. I've got about 16 to 21lbs to go before I am happy with my weight. I'm at 186 and am actually trying to get to 160. Below that might be a little unrealistic without exercise beyond my normal work day.

Seriously, right now I don't do overmuch in the winter months.  The bike will be out soon, though.  Then there's golf and other outdoor activities, too.

PB, you don't have a truck with one of those reachy out arm grabby lift up dump drop the can off kilter half in the street break the lid hold up traffic behind you thingies?

Naw baby naw.  I've got the old fashion kind.  I handle every bag and can on the street.  Not to mention sofa's, mattresses and box-springs, dining room chairs, book-shelves, and whatever else some pig livin' lowlife can drag out to the curb.

I do yoga about three times a week.  Love it.

I don't do as much cardio as I should, once or twice a week, but once the snow goes, the bike comes
out and that helps.

Only two weeks into my schedule and I strained my quad playing soccer  :sad3:

Back at it in a few weeks - lifting and 45 minutes on the bike at 90+ RPMs.  8)

Try some "circuit training": go *fudge* yourself.
