OMG, that is a deer in the headlights look if I've ever seen it.

Nice of Charlie to give her the correct answer just so he can keep the interview going.

The new is starting to wear off...

It won't matter to the faithful one bit.

LOL. That interview was hard to watch. The name "Admiral Stockdale" comes to mind.

I hesitate to make this analogy because it's just too easy and convenient, but I get that same uncomfortable vibe when she speaks as I do when they ask beauty pageant contestants about their views on world events. They, and she, are just totally faking it.

I thought it was almost impossible that we could somehow see someone in the White House who is more dangerous to the state of this nation and the world then GW Bush. Amazingly, I think McCain proved me wrong, and I fear it's not the last time.

The awesomeness of listening to the wingnuts circle the wagons has been breathtakingly surreal.

A few of the lowlights:

Charlie Gibson is a meanie practicing gotcha journalism.

Palin actually got it right, Gibson doesn't know WTF he's talking about.

It doesn't matter, because nobody else knows what it is either (except, apparently, Gibson. Unless not)

Obama is even WORSE, because he got Bill Ayers pregnant in a threesome with Rev. Wright.

And onandonandonandon.

It was a straightforward question about the biggest shift in US foreign policy in 50 years, and she didn't even understand the question.

Just to show it doesn't matter, here's a post from another forum I'm on:

Quote
As expected, his (Charlie Gibson's) bias came through loud & clear, but, to her credit, Gov. Palin did great with her answers.
I'd feel VERY comfortable with her as my Vice President, and, for that matter, I'd feel comfortable with her as my Commander-in-Chief.

She's Pro-Life and Pro- Gun, what else is there?   :yield:

And considering she knows nothing about foreign policy, I am very afraid.

Before he selected Palin, I had some respect for McCain and thought it wouldn't be a disaster if he won.  No longer on either count.

I still say that she'd be easily dismissed by the electorate if not for Hussein's muslim negroness.

I am NOT kidding.

This election will be determined by that 8% of voters who are counted among the volatile.

They are faced with the alarming and difficult decision of having to choose between this morbidly stupid, shotgun-toting broad, or a Negro.

I figure the solution to this is pretty simple: We tell them it is ok to vote for a Negro.  Assure them that he really, really won't steal our children.
