I do this chicken thing on the grill.

First, I marinate skinned boneless breasts in a citrus(lime and OJ)-based marinade kicked up with basically every spice in the cabinet + some brown sugar.  I gash the breasts so the marinade oozes deeper into the meat.  I grill those until just barely done, so they stay nice and moist.

Then, I serve the chicken with a dollop of this avocado/mango salsa that I make from fresh, scratch ingredients.

This is accompanied by grilled veggies.  Usually some red potato slices in presoaked in a rosemary butter, along with whatever is seasonal at the veggie stand.

This all goes really well with either frozen margaritas or a reisling.

Sometimes, if especially attractive women are our guests, I'll grill up some goat-cheese/red salsa quesadillas sliced into small wedges as an appetizer.

I have, literally, been grabbed in the ass and propositioned by lady guests to whom this is served.  Some chicks just really dig a BBQ who's in touch with his feminine side.

This sort of puts my wife in a quirky half-jealous half-proud mood, so I usually get laid later that evening after all the dishes have been put away....or not.

Any meal not involving fresh seafood is hardly worthy of consideration for the honor.

I agree.

When down at the beach, I do this grouper-shrimp-scallions thing on the grill...

[sm_thumbsup2] on the chicken fried steak

I'll also add a vote for its snooty cousin, Beef Wellington.  :hungry:

Well I have to second (or third or whatever the hell number we are up to) on the Chicken Fried Steak. Of course I would have to add pit fired pig too. Oh and a good 'ol fashioned Clam/Lobster bake. And maybe lasagna. I might also add Spam. I would through in Rocky Mountain Oysters too but they are hard to catch. And Fish and Chips. Maybe a bit of Baby Back Ribs and some Okra. And Fruit Cake, can't forget that. Hashbrowns and Tater Tots with a Chile Dog. And anything from Hungry Man. And cabbage soup. Maybe some fava beans to round it out. And a slice of pizza. But no liver.

2. If the answer to #1 is 'Yes' please help me find a job in Oz as I'd like to move there immediately.

I guess you could say so.  It is a stew, but a bit on the "soupy" side.  However, instead of game meats, beef, pork, and chicken tend to be the selected choices.  The season of choice tend to be mild rather than spicy.
