Title: i think i got canned today........

via mail, while on sick leave. or i should say as soon as a i am ok'd to go back to work. i'll know more tomorrow.

my job was posted on the internet last monday. >:(

You should send in your resume and apply for the job just to *fudge* with them. :D

Considering your circumstances...can they do that? I mean I know they did, but since you're getting a lawyer...

my fmla leave for the year expires tomorrow. starting then, i think they are free to due as they please.

well i talked to HR today. the dealio is if they hire someone to fill my position before i am ready to return, i'm history. had a doctors appointment today and he says another month at least. so it ain't lookin good. on the other hand, slow as they are to accomplish anything around that *feces*hole, i could take another 6 months. [sm_devil]

no it was an at home injury. unfortunately, it ate up enough of my fmla to put the screws to me now.

It is tough to fill spots over the holidays...that's for sure
