Title: Wie Over/Under?
Post by: G5 on January 11, 2007, 10:15:06 AM
What's the over/under in Vegas on how many strokes Michelle Wie will miss the cut by?

And apparently no one gives a *feces* that she's around anymore.   :o

'"I pull for her all the time," Ryder Cup captain Paul Azinger said.'

Which is nice.

Let's hope so. He owes her at least that much after pulling for her.

Eight over after 9 holes, how pathetic.  She finished even par on the back 9, didn't hit her 1st fairway until the 15th hole.

AP writer said "her chances of making the cut are about the same as the second round being postponed by snow."

To me the uniqueness has worn off and I'd rather watch her try to win on the LPGA than continue to attempt to make a cut on the PGA.

Her parents need a blackmetal slapdown.

You know that the scary part about this kid is that she could retire tomorrow and be set for the rest of her life.

Man, I need to come back in the next life as a 13 year old girl of about 6 feet that can shoot 65 on a muni.   ::)

Does that simply make you dead or is the seventh circle of hell (*) involved?

At the age of 11, she was far more accomplished then you'll ever be.  Maybe that's why you can't help but put her down?

We got it. We just don't know where she keeps her aswell.

I used to work for a guy who did a Mormon mission in Papua New Guinea.  He used to come off with a hardy laugh and create a scene when someone used "root" as in supporting a team.  I used to tell him "Dude, you're from here.  Give it a rest." but he ignored me or I didn't say it out loud.

They all know what it means, and given the diversification of this forum I figured that if 'Zinger' was pulling for someone then it follows that he'd be rooting for them as well.
