Quote Thursday, October 25 Pittsburgh - The state police are planning western Pennsylvania's largest-ever drunken driving checkpoint sometime between today and Nov. 3. Police say 90 troopers and other police will work the checkpoint somewhere on a major highway in Allegheny County. That's double the number of police at a regular checkpoint.
