...use golf courses for during the winter?

Took the little siblings out today for the first time this winter - lots of fun.  8) 8)

..interesting.... must have been fun.... btw we use golf courses for golf in winter.. ;D

Tons of fun, but the kids tired out pretty quickly.  Of course, that meant that Kev and I could do some stuff while they ran around down by our dad.

Golf in the winter would be fun.  However, I can't picture having a true winter without snow.  Nor would my golf swing like it - it needs the winter to recuperate. lol

We do the same.  Didn't go today, the pond isn't safe(let alone possible to cross after the last week we had) and we didn't feel like walking all the way around it.  We just slid down the hill on the side of the house today.

The park (not the golf course, haven't played there but would love to) at Battle Creek has some good hills, too.  But there is a pond there.

Never been to Keller's hills, but I've heard they are great.  Haven't played the course either.

Keller's only a few blocks away from us, but they're price tag is a bit spendy for what I can afford. :(

However, my dad has played there a few times for work tourneys.

Well, I live on one to start, so the last couple of years I spend a lot of time here.

Although, with all we've had going on the last couple of years, I've barely played at all! :sad3: [sm_naughty] :crying:  I had maybe 6 (regulation, not counting 3 or 4 times going out for play around twilight) rounds in.

I also play a lot at Bunker Hills.  Mostly North suburb courses.

Although, have sticks, will travel! ;)

Maybe sometime this year Kev, you, and me can get out for some golf.

Well, we'll have to keep in touch about that.  Saturday afternoons are usually the easiest time to work in a round, but if that won't work I'm sure there will be a time that will.

lol. :D I'll tell them they can't use the PC until they can beat me in Madden per time they want to use it. :D Good thing our parents only use the computer like less than once a month each ... :D

By then, there should be highspeed available in our area (hopefully).  If not, well, that's several years from now yet, so I could be out of the house.  But poor Kev, in that situation.  If that isn't the case, then oldest to youngest gets access. :D
