Crazy ass.  The gov't should only control your ovaries after conception.

Compulsory is probably the wrong word.   ;)

Am I going to get creamed here if I say I support voluntary population control?   Say replacing one generation with another on a 1:1 basis.  :fear:

* Not to be construed as a dig at families with more than two kids.  It's easy to say what I said with only two nippers of my own.  Still, worth a think at a national/global level.

He probably wouldn't have gotten as much flak if he simply suggested voluntary, government-subsidi(z/s)ed sterili(z/s)ation. If the government were to make it compulsory, they would have had to pay for the procedure anyway. It would be *fudge*ed up if you were forced to get your boys cut free AND had to pay for the procedure.

At a 1:1 procreation rate, Darwin should be able to keep the population at a steady decline.
