In my book, that's 0.00. Secondly, the owner is going to comp $75 but then gets butthurt about $15? Way to lose $, moron. Third, mandatory gratuities are essentially tax shelters for the owner, on top of the whole tip scheme to begin with. When I showed them the burger, they pointed out that there were indeed two patties but because of the way they were stacked one of the patties was hidden. He looked in the bag, opened the burger from its wrapper, and said, "Yes, the order is correct.
