"Fortunately, nobody was using the toilets when the fire broke out and there were no injuries," Tanaka said. "The fire would have been just under your buttocks."

I'd say that was a good thing......fire and gas don't mix....

Let me get this straight, you're feeling a burning sensation when you defecate?

No man, fire shoot out my toilet.

Years ago I used to moonlight for a company that moored oil tankers to offshore loading/unloading facilities.  The toilets on the dock were of the incinerator type, whereas one does his/her business, steps on a handle, waste drops into an incineration chamber, and electric heat supposedly reduces waste to ashes.

We had an 18-19 year old girl hire onto our crew, (first day of work) who while still sitting on the pot activated the handle that drops the waste, thinking it was a regular toilet, held the handle down waiting for the flush, and lets say severely burned her coochie.

There were supposed to be safety switches on the toilet that would not activate the electric element without the hinged doors of the toilet being closed.  They safety’s were either removed or malfunctioning,  but whatever the case, the poor girl with the blistered box never returned to work, and I never heard another thing about it.

Prices range from $1,680 to $2,600

I trust the U.S. government appropriations has shown interest in this company as a supplier for any new buildings.
