Talismanic Ivory Coast striker Didier Drogba has insisted that he wants to quit Chelsea three years after joining the Londoners.

'I want to leave Chelsea. Something is broken with the club,' Drogba told the France Football magazine due to be published on Friday.

Drogba, who has scored 43 goals in the Premier League, was one of the players most affected by former manager Jose Mourinho's departure last month.

'The damage has been big in the dressing room because we know now what happened and who caused Mourinho's departure,' said an unhappy Drogba.

'Nothing can stop me from leaving now.'

The Portuguese coach, who led Chelsea to back-to-back league titles in 2005 and 2006, has been replaced by Israel's Avram Grant.

Drogba, a £24million signing from Marseille in July 2004, said he has 'wanted to leave Stamford Bridge since the day he arrived' and says he wants a transfer to Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan or Inter Milan.

Suck it Abramovich.  Looks like Shevchenko is your guy after all.

Hey JD!!!  I didn't know you are a soccer fan.  You should join our fantasy league.  It's way fun.  You'd love it!!!

Yes, yes - more fresh meat!

And it didn't take long for Abramovich to tear that team to pieces did it?  He's managed to piss this year away already.  Perhaps they can recover next year - but who cares  [sm_devil]

BTW - with Van Persie's injury, McShane's red card, and Bikey not playing I was in a real pickle.  Had to bite the 4 point bullet to make an extra transfer - Adebayor for Van Persie.  This is what I get for making my allowed transfer early and not waiting to see if anyone would get injured  :sad3:

Santa Cruz is supposedly hobbling about the place so I put him #3 on my sub list.  Of course he goes out and gets a goal and assist.

Didn't make the move for Elano as I'd planned because he was late returning from Brazil.  I figured he'd rest.  You know what happens next.

Hyypia's own goal costs me a clean sheet for Reina and Carragher.   [sm_cussing]

Vidic sits.   ???

At least everyone else sucked too.   ;)

'Cept Mark.   >:(

Bollocks.

Yeah, I was 0.1 shy of picking up Elano as well  :sad3:

And yes - Vidic doesn't play - not even on the bench  ???

Looks like I broke even on the 4 point transfer - but I may need one next week as well  :-\

My man Rosicky returns to score - after I had let him go upon injury  :'(

All around sucky week - for all.

I know you don't have Setanta Rick.  I watched the Arsenal match.  Bolton played back and tried to get under the Gunners' skin.  Worked for the first half but it was clear they wouldn't be able to sustain the pace for 90 minutes.  Wenger comes off a genius with Walcott and Rosicky off the bench.  The game changed instantly.  Hopefully you get to see the slo-mo replay of Walcott's assist on the second goal.  Damn, a thing of beauty.

Adebayor should have scored 2-3 goals.  He fell down once with nobody to beat but the goalie.

I did catch some highlights and it did look good to see that ball get across to Rosicky.  Wenger is really running into some trouble... who to start  ;)

And if I see the Adebayor highlights I may cry... after putting him into my lineup and getting little for the effort.  Oh - I see you had him too.  We can toss a few back together to ease the pain  ;D

Looks like you'll get a nice substitution in Dunne though - I get little  :sad3:
