I freely admit that I like it too, and I'm not even a Red Sox fan. My daughter likes the song because I sing it on XBox Karaoke from time to time. ;D Since I can't always be "performing" it, I found the video clip on YouTube for her. She's only 3, but she sings along and knows almost all the lyrics.

No.  I don't feel like typing my entire objection, but it has to do with the sanctioning body, basically with a monopoly, and far too much power over my career.  Coupled with the fact that they're in bed with the other group that has the market on what continuing ed. is acceptable.......blah blah.

I'm sure the dude is decent, and the talks can be interesting/entertaining.  I'll go out at lunch and slam 4 or 5 beers, that should make the afternoon session palatable.

The last few I've been to, were so remedial......They just repeat the same *feces* over and over, because they have to, because we have to pay to hear it.

I was sorely disappointed in the movie.  Nothing close to the original.  The first H.S. Musical rocked!  H.S.M. 2 was a real let down.  A sequel that sucked?(alert the media, Lindberg baby)

Georgia will love it.  But the story telling is weak.  The first one was magic no one expected.  Great movie.  The second on (as usual) was forced.  They could have done a lot better.

So the day wasn't too bad.  Speaker was ok.  Not too dry, but did try too hard at times to be funny.  For me it was more than remedial.  [sm_disgust]  I could have taught 90 % of this class.

Imagine going for 8 hours and having a guy walk you through the very thing(s) you do every day. (In fairness there were some new tech.s that benefited from his information I'm sure.)

Speaker:  OK.  Let's talk about the stapler.  You're really gonna want to get as much productivity out of your stapler as possible.  How are we gonna do that?  Well one of the most common ways is to load the stapler with staples.  Is everybody out there using staples with their stapler?  If not, you need to be using these.  It's the best way to optimize you paper binding.  My personal opinion, but if you're not using these, you're really wasting your time.  Now, there are a lot of different stapler vendors out there, and different ways of getting those staple into your stapler.  I'm not going to go through all of them here today, but I will give you a pretty good overview of a process that you should all be able to adapt to the staplers you're currently using.  First let's talk a minute about why we even need to bind paper......

My dad chooses to stay certified (which there was a time that his current previous employers could care less about, but realized how important it is - actually, it caused quite a stir the first time my dad mentioned he wanted to go to the 2 day seminar....), and if it wasn't so expensive, there would be some classes that I would love to sit in on.  Some of it is just the same old stuff, but there usually are other classes, too.
