It was a bit like that Denny's with a big old Burger Bar sign outside. Certainly not worth keeping in my book but kind of a local landmark.

Of course, every time I turn around there's another strip mall going up. It's been 5 for me. Anchorage is another one. What's interesting is to go to Vancouver, BC and look at what economic redevlopment CAN look like, and then look at the crap job we do around here. |
