The Matrix.

When it first came out, I fell asleep during it twice.  Gave up on it.

Finally sat down a few years ago and gave it another shot, watching it all the way through.  Now I watch it whenever I surf across it.

Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull. Was a bit disappointed in the theater but after watching it on DVD I can watch it again.
