How are you cooking your turkey?

Ours is about a  7 pound breast  roasting in/on a sea/bed of :

oil
butter
beer
celery
carrots
bell peppers
garlic
onion
cumin
cayenne pepper
fennel seed
oregano
cardamom



having as sides

potatoes
black eyed peas
dinner rolls
stuffing

My mom's cooking the turkey, so I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guessing it will involve an oven.

Ditto, but it wasn't my house.  Two turkeys too - one cajun injected, the other one maple spiced.

Brined and then convection oven.  18 lbr for the 2 of us.  SANDWICHES!!!!!! Grin
