Is New Posts (button) Not Working For Anyone else?

Been that way for a while for me.

When I see a thread with the "New" tag behind it....lately it just takes you to whatever point in the thread it wants.  Typically the same post regardless of what's been posted behind it as truly new.

If I take the browser back, and then hit it again, it does go to the new post.
