At that price, it's a no-brainer.  I assume that there is a warranty on the unit.  Even if it doesn't, at 85 bones, you could consider it a throw-away when it dies.

Keep watching them?

I'll have both this unit and my hda35 under the TV.

There's still a lot of titles from hd-dvd that STILL aren't on blowray yet.

Cool.  I got a floor model Panasonic BD-35 for $150 and I love it.  Hard to watch regular dvd's now.
