http://www.noodles.com/

Not great, but nice wide selection pretty good food and a good value (size enough for leftovers)

Personally, I'm avoiding any chain establishment   that refers to 'Meat' as 'Protein' so it can include tofu in the options like the plague. Acceptable behavior in a co-op run by flannel clad granola eating lesbians ONLY.

I live and work near chinatown so we have "real" noodle houses at least 10 within a mile or two.  And our state is without one of those chains.  Never even heard of it before this thread.

All of our noodle places are named after some variation of Pho.  They are good too.

To be more clear, the thriving asian district in the historic part of OKC is in close proximity to my home and office.   Grin

The only chain noodle joint I've been to is Long Life Noodles, and it sounds pretty different.  It was overpriced and you didn't get much food.

I go to pho places a lot, there are a ton around here.  I prefer ramen noodle shops, though, but there are only a couple of those around here.
