During the very first inning of the very first Twins game ever played at the Metrodome, 40 toilets overflowed into one of the luxury suites.

Yes sir, right across the concourse and into the suite. I don't know what they were serving for snacks in the suite that day, but I'm pretty sure they didn't serve a lot of it after that.

It's been downhill ever since.



Two World Series aside there has, and never will be, a more sorry excuse for a "baseball stadium" than Metrodome.

Although, we would not have landed a Super Bowl and Final Four without it so my memories aren't all bad.
