Pocatello, Idaho, District Judge Peter McDermott lost patience with disruptive defendant Nicklas Frasure, 23, this week and ordered bailiffs to tape his mouth shut with duct tape during a robation violation hearing. When the tape was removed, Frasure said: "You want to arm-wrestle?'' as he was led out.
